1. Clinical safety you can trust. Before we send any medication, our care team reviews your full assessment — BMI, medical history, medications, contraindications like personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer, pancreatitis, pregnancy. Roughly one in eight assessments is not approved. Those people get their money back. That review cost is priced in.
2. Cold chain as a line item, not a marketing word. Tirzepatide is supposed to sit between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius until you inject it. Insulated packaging, cold-pack logistics, and a fulfilment partner who can hold temperature from our stock room to your door — all of that costs real money. A “discreet envelope” does not.
3. Real-person accountability. If something goes wrong, you can find us. Second Cure Labs Ltd is a registered Nigerian company with a Lagos address, a named care team, a support channel, and a paper trail on every order. If an informal seller stops replying, there is no paper to chase.
4. Card payments with protection. Paystack lets you pay by card, transfer, or Apple Pay. Card payments come with dispute protection from your bank. A manual transfer to a personal account — say, “Amara Okafor, UBA” — offers none of that. If the seller never ships, your bank cannot help.
We are not cheaper than an informal seller. We were never going to be. The premium is the difference between buying a molecule and buying a process.
